 | Jason Hart; Chief Executive Officer Jason Hart became an entrepreneur at an early age. Starting his career as a consulting engineer, he quickly ventured off on his own. In 1993, he built a profitable, high tech start-up (Protocom) in the Computer Security Identity Management sector with a strong focus on international and OEM markets. In 2001, Jason raised $8m in series A venture funding and ultimately sold the business to ActivCard in 2005. Jason became the SVP Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Product Management at ActivCard and was responsible for 150 staff in sales, marketing, professional services and product management. In February 2007, he was promoted to CEO. In November 2007, Jason formed idOnDemand, an information security company focused on delivering Identity as a Service high security identification systems to local government, first responders and healthcare. Leveraging global legislative changes that require cross jurisdictional recognition of identity, idOnDemand is simplifying the next generation of internet security. Jason was recognized as one of Australia’s top producing Software exporters (Deloitte & Touche, 2003).  | Matthew Herscovitch; Chief Technology Officer As Chief Technology Officer at idOnDemand, Matthew Herscovitch is responsible for managing and defining the idOnDemand Identity as a Service solution. Mr. Herscovitch has over fifteen years of experience building information security products and solutions for major enterprises. His expertise includes Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services security, public/private key technology and distributed security. Prior to idOnDemand, Matt was the Solutions Architect, On-Demand Services at ActivIdentity, with responsibility for developing and documenting the architecture of Identity as a Service platform for issuing smart cards to customers. From 1998 to 2006, he served as Chief Security Architect at Protocom Development Systems where he designed and implemented a Windows-based Single Sign-on product, SecureLogin. He holds both US and international security patents. Matt received his bachelor of arts in philosophy and history from the Australian National University.  | Brian Nelson; Chief Financial Officer Brian Nelson has over 20 years of practical experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining idOnDemand, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Kleer Corporation, a wireless audio semiconductor company sold to Standard Microsytems Corporation in 2010. Before Kleer, he was Vice President, Finance at Silicon Access Networks, a fab-less semiconductor company, and held the same position for PlanetRx.com, which had a successful $110 million IPO in 1999. Brian served as Corporate Controller at LinkExchange, an internet advertising company that was acquired by Microsoft in 1998, and at Upshot, a web-based sales-force automation company that was later acquired by Siebel Systems. Earlier in his career, Brian worked as an audit manager at KPMG, serving technology companies in Silicon Valley. Brian received his undergraduate degree in accounting from San Jose State University, studied in the MBA program at Santa Clara University, where he currently lectures in accounting, and is a CPA in the State of California. |
 | Craig Parker; Global Operations Manager Craig Parker has over 20 years experience in the IT Industry, with more than half of this time dedicated to the Security / Identity Management sector. Craig has extensive experience at the senior executive level having worked in the past as an Assistant CTO and CIO at Protocom Development Systems; the VP of Global Services at ActivIdentity Inc; the COO for Edentiti Pty Ltd; and the VP for Global Sales and Support at Simmersion Holdings. Craig has strong customer focus, people management, and strategic skills together with extensive experience working with many G1000 organizations. Craig’s role at idOnDemand includes the operational management of all internal systems, the idOnDemand Fulfillment Centers and all Customer Service related activities. |
 | Terry Gold; Vice President, US SalesTerry Gold leads sales and customer engagements for the North American market for idOnDemand. In addition, he plays a key role in defining market strategy and execution. Terry brings years of security experience across an increasingly relevant range from Identity & Access Management, Authentication, to emerging exploits across broad range of threat vectors. In particular, he has deep specialization and intimate knowledge of smartcard usage, adoption methodologies and real world deployment lifecycles inside large organizations. At ActivIdentity, he led their Fortune 1000 sales engagements for Western North America. In that time, he grew their key enterprise customer base through the adoption of smartcards; helping to advance the authentication strategies for some of the most globally recognized and valued brands.
Prior to coming to idOnDemand, Terry had spent the last year and a half focusing on helping large enterprises address critical vulnerabilities stemming from insider attacks, root password and privileged user management vulnerabilities, and malicious exploits from injections, to obfuscations, and multi-faceted attacks combined with social engineering. While at Bioscrypt as the Director of Global Business Development, Terry had also led the strategy and development of one of the first integrated authentication systems to incorporate correlation of user identities and various credentials between physical and logical access systems. At Novell and SilverStream Software (acquired by Novell in 2002), his focus was to assist enterprises in combining Identity Management with Web Services and Application Integration (EAI) with to form Secure Services. Terry resides in Orange County, California and is a member of both ISSA and ISACA. When he is not working, he enjoys learning guitar, fishing, and playing with any gadget that has electricity running through it. |
 | Jack Bubany; Vice President, PartnersJack Bubany leads partner sales and engagements for the North American market for idOnDemand. Prior to idOnDemand, Jack was Oberthur's Director of Channel Markets focusing on the convergence of Physical & Logical Access within the corporate market powered by HSPD-12 technologies. He also served as Director of Product Management at HID Global and was instrumental in the launch of many successful smart card products. In addition, Jack has held various sales, product management and field engineering responsibilities at Dorado Products, ADT, C&K (now owned by Honeywell) and Underwriter's Laboratories. Jack founded two companies, SSA Technologies and ReadX, where he introduced innovative physical access control and home automation products that were sold through newly established international distribution channels. Jack received his bachelor's of science degree with honors in Business Administration from the State University of New York and holds continuing education certificates at University of Denver in Colorado and MIT Soan School of Business in Product Development and Management. | | |

Prior to joining idOnDemand, she was the Channel Marketing Manager at ActivIdentity, as well as handling marketing communications, public relations and graphic design responsibilities in the healthcare industry.
