idOnDemand is a global organization with legal entities and technical systems that cross international borders. This policy applies to all idOnDemand owned websites and domains including all wholly owned subsidiaries. In some circumstances a separate privacy policy may exist for some of our service web sites in specific jurisdictions. Please refer to the bottom of each web site for the privacy policy that governs those sites. Additionally, you may have a supplemental Agreement with us that will supersede this Privacy policy.

Collection of personal information
idOnDemand only collects your information with your consent. We collect and use your personal information to serve you better, provide services and products and to better understand your needs and interests. For example, when you order products or services, request information, create an account on our website, subscribe to marketing or support materials, register yourself or your idOnDemand products, enter contests or participate in surveys or apply for a job at idOnDemand, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete these transactions.

In addition to the information you provide, we may also collect information during your visit to our website using automated means such as web cookies, embedded web links and other commonly used information gathering tools. These tools collect standard information that your browser sends to our website such as your browser type and version, the language, access times and the referral website address. We may also collect information from emails that we send to you including when you opened the email and if you selected a specific link within the email.

We also may collect information from commercial companies that we deem as reputable and credible e.g. tradeshows, mailing houses, public registers. We do not share your information
idOnDemand does not sell, rent or lease any marketing information we collect about you. idOnDemand does provide specific suppliers limited information about customers that have purchased licensed products from us. This information may include the customer name and the number of licenses that customer has purchased from us. Customers may request that their company names are withheld from our suppliers.

Except as described in this Statement, we will not share the personal information you provide to us with any third party without your permission unless:

a) required to do so by law or to respond to a duly authorized request of the police or government authority

b) to help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect the rights and property of idOnDemand

c) protect the personal safety of any member of staff or third parties on our property.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 years of age. Children under 18 years of age are expressly prohibited from using our website and services.

Access to your information
We require you to keep your personal information accurate while you use our website and services. We provide you with access to your information through our website and encourage you to maintain this information. Upon your request, we will in a timely manner delete your personal information stored within our website or store.

We use encryption technology when collecting or transferring sensitive information such as credit card information. Our service additionally uses hardware security and public private key technology to securely encrypt and store your information while it is in storage. This service gives you and us extra levels of security to guard against fraud and to protect your personal information.

If we change our privacy statement, we will post a revised statement here, with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes to this policy we will endeavor to contact you through the most up to date email address we have in our records for you.
